The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement before work begins.
Quotations and payments
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
- Payment terms, including any advance, are specified in the quotation or agreement.
- Work may be paused if agreed payments are not received on time.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and any content, logos or materials required. Clients confirm they hold the rights to any materials they supply.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is defined in each quotation. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
Intellectual property
On full payment, final approved deliverables are transferred to the client for the agreed use. We may retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. While we work to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, reach, leads or sales.
